Deputies located and dismantled a methamphetamine lab and seized a multitude of drug paraphernalia.40 year old Jeffery E. Abel and 44 year old Kathy L. Ray of Livermore were arrested and taken to the Ohio County Jail in Hartford. Charged:On the other side of the county a few hours later, the Kentucky State Police were following an investigation which led detectives to 45 Stringer Road in Sacramento.
