Paul Martens, assistant professor in Baylor University’s department of religion,
will be guest speaker at a meeting of Northwest Waco Rotary Club at noon Thursday at Ridgewood Country Club, 7301 Fish Pond Road.
Martens will discuss the ethics of purchasing in our global economy, using clothing as a particular example to illustrate the ethical challenges we face.

Boil notice update
Levi Water Supply Corp. has lifted the boil water order it issued May 29, except for residents on Losak Road and Cooksey Lane,
between Losak and Howe Hill roads.
The boil order will remain in effect until further notice for residents on Losak Road and Cooksey Lane.
